I'm an empathetic leader who is dedicated to fostering environments where designers can do the best work of their lives. I lead by doing—championing craft in the pursuit of clean, considered products that build businesses, win awards and have a positive impact on people and culture.

Most recently, as Director of UX, EMEA for Logitech, I built and lead a diverse team of UX Designers, UI Designers, Technologists and Strategists working across product verticals such as personal workspace, hearables, sustainability and streaming. Previously, I was Head of the Visual Experience Team at Logitech in California leading the effort to create the Logitech Design Language System.

Before Logi, I worked alongside Yves Béhar and the team at fuseproject in San Francisco, designing world class products for August Smart Home, Herman Miller, Samsung, Jawbone, NBC Universal, Western Digital, Hive by British Gas, Briggo, SodaStream and OLPC.
